Kaj Franck (1911-1989) is one of the best known and esteemed Finnish designers, whose work has left its mark in Finnish homes throughout the decades.

He was originally trained as a designer of furniture, but is mostly known for the mass produced ceramics he designed for the Arabia factory, as well as glass designs for Iittala and Nuutajärvi.
